Privacy & GPS accuracy
- Only requests GPS when you press Save.
- Coordinates and notes remain in your browser's local storage.
- Walking Directions opens Google Maps and sends the location to Google only when pressed.
- GPS may be unreliable underground or in garages. Add a parking-level note.
- Browser storage can be deleted, reset, or isolated by origin/browser.
- This edition does not detect stops while running in the background.
For phone GPS, use a secure HTTPS site or supported secure browser origin. Some browsers block location when HTML files are opened directly from Downloads.
